Fan Video ~ Mick St John vamped out and fighting

This is a fun fan video dedicated to Moonlight. Lots of cool scenes of Mick St John the way I like him..... vamped out! Show us those fangs! Pedrolua used many of the fantastic fights from our show, including Alex O'Loughlin and Holly Valance battling as Mick & Lola :)

Music ~ Colder and Colder by Sara Noxx

Video ~ Mick St John & Beth Turner's first kiss

Thinking about the first anniversary of Moonlight's television premiere has brought to mind many of my favorite moments from the show. In this video, we see Mick & Beth's 1st & 2nd kisses. Definitely one of my all time top scenes! When Alex O'Loughlin flashes that incredible smile at the end ~ Oooooooooooo my! Actually, he is mesmerizing through out the entire scene. I remember the impact it had on me while watching the Arrested Development episode (#1x05) last Fall. Still does!

Moonlight Fan Video ~ The Very Thought of You by Billie Holiday

Silvervintage has created a new Moonlight fan video using music by one of my favorite singers.... favorite voices.... Billie Holiday. The clip uses great scenes from the series. I will let Silvervintage describe the idea behind making this particular video ~

Moonlight (Classic Film Style): The Very Thought of You

Moonlight, the old-fashioned way.

We thought we'd try to capture some of the old film style of Moonlight that they liked to show from time to time. We used the main cast, but mostly focused on Mick and Beth.

Song: The Very Thought of You by Billie Holiday

Cast:
Mick St. John: Alex O'Loughlin
Beth Turner: Sophia Myles
Josef Kostan: Jason Dohring
Coraline: Shannyn Sossamon
Sarah Whitley:??? We couldn't find the name of the actress.

Well anyway, we hope you enjoy the video to one of our favorite songs. Besides, who doesn't want to see Mick as the chivalrous vampire?

Video ~ A few of Alex O'Loughlin's favorites

During the 2007 People's Choice Awards program, Alex O'Loughlin accepted Moonlight's award. The show won Favorite New TV Drama. He was filmed while home in Australia. Nominees were asked for their personal favorites in several categories. Alex tells us three of his in this video clip. He looks amazing! So relaxed and charming. Isn't that background gorgeous too?

Alex O'Loughlin's choices :

Favorite movie drama ~ Disturbia ~ "Because I'm a big fan of Shia LaBeouf"

Favorite funny male ~ Will Ferrell ( mine too! )

Favorite female movie star ~ Reese Witherspoon

Videos ~ Behind the scenes interview with Alex O'Loughlin & Jason Dohring

Alex O'Loughlin & Jason Dohring interview ~ Behind the scenes ~ Part 1

Alex O'Loughlin & Jason Dohring interview ~ Behind the scenes ~ Part 2

Aussie, Aussie, Aussie!

We've all seen different clips of this interview with Alex O'Loughlin and Jason Dohring on the studio lot. Thanks to Moonlitmuse, in these videos you will see the extended version of the chat. Behind the scenes of Moonlight AND behind the scenes of the interview shoot too. The action is stopped at the beginning to allow for the camera to move in front of Jason and the hostess. A producer can be heard through-out feeding questions to the chick interviewing our boys. Alex asks the question I had too........ why doesn't the producer just ask the questions & ditch the hostess?!? Leave it to him to come out & ask. He is so candid and funny.

Alex & Jason are good natured and have an easy going rapport. It is obvious that they feel comfortable with each other. Love the banter! Alex did this interview with only about 2 hours of sleep. I don't know about you, but I would have been tired and cranky. *grin*

Our boys look soooooooo handsome! And... we get to enjoy Alex's delicious Australian accent :)

I grinned my way through this interview. Since they are such good looking guys, the hostess asks Jason & Alex how they keep the women away, Alex replies "Jason touches me like this." I almost fell over laughing at that!

There is lots of talk about Alex being on the Moonlight billboards. Jason says he had Alex take a photo of himself naked in front of the one on Sunset Blvd. "It's really artistic." Uh.... how do I get that photo? hehehehe....

"I don't touch everyone's testicles."

Jason & Alex answer how they differ in real life from their characters Josef Kostan & Mick St John.

We "learnt" that badass is one of Alex's favorite sayings. Leave it to us Americans to come up with fun ways to cuss & express ourselves.

Jason did a fab job when he took over and questioned Alex. "How disappointed were you when you saw that I wasn't on the billboard?"

Video ~ Mick St John's Interview with a Vampire scene in German

What are our fellow Moonlight fans in Germany seeing & hearing? As I mentioned previously, they do not get to hear Alex O'Loughlin's deliciously deep, manly voice. This video shows Mick St John's famous "Interview with a Vampire" scene. It's dubbed in German. What do ya think?

Video ~ Moonlight television ad from Israel

On June 25th, Moonlight premiered on television in Israel. Another country to fall in love with Mick St John, Beth Turner, Josef Kostan & Coraline Duvall. ;> This video shows the tv promo commercial that the AXN channel aired for our show. Thank you to Alexfromisreal for posting the clip for our viewing pleasure.

Fan Video dedicated to Alex O'Loughlin as Mick St John

I have posted this video previously, but it deserves to get the spotlight again! Still one of my faves.... DarkFrog created this showcase to answer the question of why so many of us are addicted to Moonlight. All you have to do is see these sexy scenes from our show to know the answer is Alex O'Loughlin as Mick St John! Yummy!

She picked very appropriate music to act as the soundtrack for this clip ~ Song : I Just Wanna Make Love to You by Etta James ;>

Video ~ Alex O'Loughlin radio interview with Daybreak USA

Glorann37620 has created this great video to go along with an interview Alex O'Loughlin did with Daybreak USA back in May. They talked to him on the day that Click (episode #1x14) was to air. Interesting little tid bits, like ~ In the Moonlight scene of Mick asking Josef to re-turn him (Fated to Pretend episode #1x13), one of the lines that really became a fan favorite was "He has my Beth." Alex reveals that he improved that bit of dialogue! He says in this interview, " 'My Beth' just came out of me being in the moment in the scene... In Mick there for the moment... I don't even remember it happening... When we were shooting, I was just thinking about how much I love this woman." Showing yet again how he brought Mick to life for us :)

Video ~ "Aussies love Moonlight" fan promo

The talented Kelcouch has created a fan promo video to motivate people to organize Moonlight rallies in Australia. Video ~ Save Moonlight by the fantastic Czech fans!

"Save Moonlight" video from the fantastic Czech fans!

If this video doesn't get you riled up for Moonlight, nothing will. Foxy has made this incredible clip of herself and fellow fans from the Czech Republic. We know that there are Moonlight fans around the world, and now have video proof :) As she says, our show has created a great family! It has inspired us to help others and form this wonderful community.

Fan Video ~ New Save Moonlight promo from the talented Italian fans

Oooooooooo my..... The Italian fans are at it again! They have created another incredible Moonlight fan video promo. "Save Moonlight - Get a second season" I have chills, especially due to that final shimmering image of dangerous looking Mick St John ( taken from footage Alex O'Loughlin's specifically filmed for the first Moonlight UK Living TV commercial ).

This clip is being added to the ones I use to encourage others to help save our Vampire. If you saw this passionate video, wouldn't you want to join the campaign? We need to get everyone we can involved in the fight to save Moonlight! We must continue to reach out to fans in real life also.

"They tried to kill him, and they failed. Mick is in trouble, but this time Beth is not enough. Join other Moonlighters all around the world. Get a second season.... right here... right now! www.moonlight-united.com Still undead!"

Video ~ Living TV's UK promo for Moonlight's season finale ~ Sonata (episode #1x16)

This video is the promo commercial that Living TV is airing in the UK for Moonlight's season finale ~ Sonata (episode #1x16). Great advert! Living really does a fantastic job promoting our show. LOVE the close up they use of Mick St John, our delicious Alex O'Loughlin, at the beginning ( that little smile ) & the one of him vamped out. *swoon* Then, Josef Kostan ( Jason Dohring ) vamping AND hissing. Excellent! I also like seeing the Beth Turner ( Sophia Myles ) & Cleaner ( Claudia Black ) scenes they selected for the clip.

Josef ~ "And, I've got commitment issues." Mick ~ "Yea, me too." hehehehe....

Sonata (episode #1x16) airs on Living TV in the UK ~ Tuesday, June 3rd, 2008 at 10:00 pm.
